FAQs

How Long Will My Sealcoat Last?

3-5 Years. The better quality sealcoat that we use at Quality Asphalt Services lasts longer than sealcoat you would purchase in a building supply store.  Other factors that can affect the longevity of your sealcoat - snow plowing, salting and traffic.

How Can I Take Better Care of My Sealcoating?

Don't salt, don't snowplow.  But barring that -  it's going to wear off eventually anyway. Best way to get longer life out of sealcoat is to use good quality sealcoat and prepare the surface well.

How Long Before I Can Drive on My New Sealcoat?

Normally 24 hours after finishing the final coat.

How Far Will You Travel to Sealcoat a Driveway or Parking Lot?

Up to 100 miles from Mankato, Lake Crystal or St Peter, Minnesota.  If you're unsure if we will travel to your location, please contact us.  We can always provide the name of someone just as trustworthy and professional in your area.
